The Fund seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation by investing in equity and equity-related securities listed in emerging markets or issued by companies that have a significant amount of their revenues in emerging markets. The investment team uses a combination of sector, country and financial analysis to select companies that it believes will provide the best opportunities.TEMIT has borrowed to purchase assets for the company; this will magnify any gains or losses made by the company. Shares of TEMIT are bought and sold on stock exchanges, typically, at any given time on any given day, the price you pay for a share will be higher than the price at which you could sell it. In addition, investors should be aware that the Fund may trade at a discount to its Net Asset Value per Share, and such discount may become larger in the future. Terms to Understand Emerging markets: Countries whose economy, stock market, political situation and regulatory framework are not fully developed. Equity securities: Securities that represent an ownership stake in a company.
