The sub-fund is actively managed and aims to achieve long-term capital growth in excess of the sub-fund's reference index. The sub-fund is a balanced sub-fund that invests in globally traded equities, bonds as well as in short-term securities issued by first-class borrowers or guaranteed by first-class guarantors. The sub-fund will invest at least one third in equities and one third in fixed income securities including cash. Investing in aforementioned securities is achieved either through direct investments or through other undertakings for collective investment in transferable securities (UCITS) which will accordingly invest in such companies. The sub-fund may invest up to 10% of its total assets (excluding cash) in China A-Shares via Stock Connect. The sub-fund may be exposed to other currencies than the base currency through investments and/or cash holdings. The sub-fund will use this currency exposure actively in the investment strategy. The sub-fund may use derivatives to achieve an efficient portfolio management or with the aim of reducing risk and/or generating additional capital or income. A derivative is a financial instrument which derives its value from the value of an underlying asset. The use of derivatives is not cost or risk-free. The sub-fund is subject to Nordea Asset Management's responsible investment policy. Any investor may redeem its shares in the sub-fund on demand, on a daily basis. This sub-fund may not be appropriate for investors who plan to withdraw their money within a period of 3 years. The sub-fund is using the following composition of indices as reference index for comparison purposes: - 22.5% SIX Net Return; - 27.5% MSCI World Net Return (excluding Sweden); - 16.5% JP Morgan Global Government Bond; - 13.5% OMRX T-Bond; - 4.0% OMRX T-Bill; - 16.0% ICE BofAML EMU Corporate Index. This is the reference index. The sub-fund may however select freely the securities in which it will invest. Risk characteristics of the fund's portfolio may bear some resemblance to those of the reference index. The sub-fund and the sole unit class are both denominated in SEK. The value of the sub-fund is directly linked to the value of the underlying investments and will fluctuate accordingly.
